Greg S. Fricke, Jr. — Greg has literally "grown-up" in the business with over 15 years in various positions at G. A. Fleet Associates, Inc. These include field mechanic, customer service representative, credit and collection manager, general manager, vice president and CFO and ultimately, equity partner. Greg leveraged the sale of his stock to gain outright ownership of Leonard Powers and set out to create a business model that is customer driven. He has developed extensive knowledge of selling engineered products and services in the building trades market, in particular the special needs of the after-market. He has dedicated himself to learning the entire "system" within buildings and is totally "customer committed", something he believes separates himself from the competition. |

| Greg has been equally active outside his company with his service to many key industry associations. He has just finished his term as the President of the Subcontractors Trade Association (STA), where he held other officer positions and is still a current board member. He is also a former board member of the New York Building Congress (NYBC) and a current board member of the Building Trades Employers Association (BTEA). In addition, Greg is currently the active Secretary to the State Subcontractors Association (ESSA) and the treasurer of the Subcontractors trade Association Political Action Committee. |

| The original owners of Leonard Powers were John P. Steenberg and Dorothy Leonard Van Steenberg. The company was purchased in 1969 by Stanley Suzdak, Mario Cruder, and Harry Miklas. At that time, Leonard & Powers Valve Repair was formed along with H.M.S. Supply Corp., which was founded the following year. |

Harry Miklas — came from Chicago, Illinois. He originally worked for Crane Company during WWII where he was a machinist mate on the U.S.S. Boise.
Mario Cruder — was a vehicle maintenance specialist in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict, after which he spent time in the Merchant Marines. Mario went on to serve as a marine engineer for many years with ESSO Shipping Company — the predecessor of the EXXON companies. As a result, he gained extensive knowledge of steam and steam equipment.
Stanley Suzdak — came from Massena, New York. He was first employed by Alcoa after which he served as a Gunner's Mate on the U.S.S Key during WWII. |
